Springbrook Cottage - The House

Our house on Penobscot Bay is private and roomy. It features a large kitchen with all needed appliances and cookware, a warm and cozy living room just right for enjoying a crackling fire and the spectacular beach view. The study adds extra space for a private getaway or to watch TV. The bathroom is spacious and includes a Jacuzzi tub. There are two bedrooms—the master faces the ocean. The yard is huge and is maintained regularly for your enjoyment. The deck runs the full length of the back (oceanside) of the house.
